Executive and team coaching, grounded in applied neuroscience.
Before I coached leaders, I negotiated for them, with the unions, at national level, and before the European Commission. I know what leadership looks like under real organizational pressure.
"For nine years, I represented Luxembourg's banking sector in negotiations with the unions, at national level and before the European Commission. I didn't study organizations from the outside. I worked at the heart of the pressure."
I spent fifteen years inside organizations: at the negotiating table, in executive committees, where the pressure is real and decisions affect hundreds of people. I saw, up close, what failing leadership costs, and what good leadership sets free.
I don't believe leaders are born. I believe leadership performance is a skill: it is learned, practised and measured. Not a personality trait. Not a question of charisma.
My approach rests on two words that rarely go together: rigour and humanity. The rigour of applied neuroscience, to understand what actually happens in a brain (and a team) under pressure. And humanity, because no organization performs over time unless the people within it feel seen, understood, and genuinely helped to grow.
The Advanced Certification in Team Coaching is the ICF's most advanced credential for team coaching. Cristelle was the first coach in Luxembourg to earn it, a recognised mastery of team systems, group dynamics and collective performance.
A sustained engagement for executive committees and teams that need to work better together. Co-facilitated by two ICF ACTC–certified coaches: while one works with the group, the other tracks the relational dynamics in real time.
Confidential one-to-one support for leaders navigating complexity, transition or high-stakes decisions. Grounded in applied neuroscience, and in a real knowledge of leadership under pressure.
A circle of peers within your organization who help each other with real situations, following a structured method: a cycle of six half-day sessions across the year, for groups of 6 to 8. Not a training course but a structured professional process, where the group's collective intelligence works for each person.
Short, concrete sessions (performing under pressure, deciding, negotiating, building teams) grounded in neuroscience and applicable the next day. In English or French.
A 30-minute call is enough to identify the right starting point for your organization or your leadership journey. No pitch, no commitment.
A free 30-minute conversation to understand your context and identify the right starting point. No pitch, no commitment.
We map the real situation (the people, the dynamics, the goal) before committing to anything. The right intervention depends on it.
You receive a clear engagement with defined scope, format and outcomes: coaching, team work, workshops, or a combination.
We do the work (individually or collectively) with structured follow-up so the change holds well beyond the sessions.
"Being coached by Cristelle is always a great experience. She listens closely, sees beyond the surface, and helps you recognize both your strengths and your challenges. Every conversation feels like meaningful progress, personal and professional."

"This programme helped our Executive Committee strengthen its cohesion and evolve the way it collaborates in concrete ways. We especially valued The Human Shift's human, structured and relevant approach."
A 30-minute conversation is enough to determine whether and how we can work together.
