Before I coached leaders and teams, I was in the room: at the negotiating table, in regulatory hearings, inside the executive committees of Luxembourg's banking sector.
For nine years, I represented the banking sector's employers' federation in negotiations with the unions, at national level and before the European Commission. I know what pressure looks like from the inside. I know what failing leadership costs, and what good leadership produces.
That path is what shapes the way I coach. Not from textbook models, but from a lived understanding of organizational reality, combined with the rigour of applied neuroscience and the ICF's most advanced team-coaching certification.
I founded The Human Shift because I believed, and still believe, that leadership performance is a capability you learn, practise and measure. Not a personality trait. Not a gift. A skill you build, deliberately.
